About me

I began youth ministry as a student leader and summer camp staff. Ive been doing Youth Ministry since being a student leader, locally and provicially, in high school. It’s now been over 30 years and I still love working with students and Ministry Leaders.
My wife Jennifer is a gifted mom, teacher (not professionally), ministry leader and recently began her own small business.
Together we have 4 awesome, loud, busy & complicated boys, ages 8 – 15.

I love the church community as much as I love students, and love to seek out unity and excellence.

Youth Ministry

I am passionate about strengthening the discipleship of youth ministries, encouraging and equipping ministry leaders and launching students leaders.

ECD Youth Ministry Developer

As the Youth Ministry Developer for the Eastern Canadian District of the Alliance, I am focusing on 4 areas: i) Content and Resources,
ii) Youth Ministry Coaching & Strategic planning,
iii) District Youth Events (there are currently 5 annually: 2 Sr High & 1 Jr High retreats, Good Friday event & Youth Worker Retreat)
iv) building our Youth Network to better support volunteer led youth groups and student leaders.
